I am an American with a USA passport, can I travel to the Philippines (Manila) now if I apply for a visa? If so would I need to go into quarantine?

I am married to a Filipina and have it officiated through the Philippjne Embassy, am i eligible for a Visa to travel to the Philippines with my wife if needed

Do you have a minor Filipino child or are you married to a Filipina? If the answer is no to both, you are unable to get a Visa for travel to Pinas. The Philippines are prohibiting entrants from the US at this time (since August 8th I think).
