My wife is going in for some consular services in Washington's embassy on Sep 21, 2021. Can I accompany her as a spouse or must she go in by herself? What are the rules as of Sep 16, 2021? Thanks.

Only the person with the appointment allowed inside they due have chairs and a couple of tents outside to wait

I believe only the person with appointment is allowed inside. My husband went with me but just waited in the car.
