Hello, my sister who lives in Orlando, Florida has a Special Power of Attorney that needs to be notarized by the Philippine Embassy and can not go to Washington DC to have it notarized. Can you advice me of other ways to do it?

Good luck getting an answer from Embassy employees when you call their phone lines! They don't seem to the have the time to answer their phones or do they have any compunction to respond to voice messages left for them. The INCOMPETENCE of people working in the embassy is alarming and extremely irritating!

Philippine Embassy is not answering their phone, their online appointment set up always have a glitched!! I had been watching since 10am until now i still can't get a a simple appointment. It tells me the time and date but when i click on it it said no longer available.
