Waffle House follows all the COVID guidelines and practices as mandated by state and Larimer County health departments. On my last visit, they requested name, phone number and email for contact tracing. They practice social distancing, spacing chairs out if waiting inside and also allowing people to wait in their cars. Tables are blocked of and there is limited seating capacity. There is one employee whose job is to ensure that every table is sanitized in between customers. All in all, excellent practices.
This place was just awful. They practically attack you at the door or table for your personal information, like they have a right to ask for these details. No restaurant has the right to force us to give our personal phone numbers, emails, addresses ect. I'm sorry but I came in to eat food and be left alone, not grilled about things that are none of their business 😆 I'm just not feeling like they're worth going to anymore. Food was not that great any time I've been there. I think I get excited for the name and forget the food sucks 🤷🏼♀️
Along with the masks the barriers between each table is a huge help. I would like to see more restaurants practice this.
Every person we saw there had their mask on and only took it off when they were about to eat. We felt safe eating there.
