Yum 😋 I like the largeness of the place and they have 2 bars with open seating... we went on a Sunday morning and it wasn't too long of a wait. Food was great service was on point, rare these days with all the staffing shortages! We loved our waitress ⚡️I wish I could remember her name. Eggs and Biscuits n Gravy - poached perfect hash browns cooked crispy, gravy good but big chunks of sausage which I'm not a fan of that style but it was very good. Pancake sampler made me wish I got the pancakes... they way they were cooked was amazing crispy kinda I don't know how to explain it but they were so good I want more. Southwest Benedict - open face tamale salsa so good Strawberry basil drink ... I love love love it! Kids breakfast --- they loved it and ate it all!!! Never happens Two up thumbs up!👍

GREAT breakfast spot - delish! The Fred's Hawaiian pancake is perfect to share. Also had a scramble with cheese & sausage - the chicken fennel sausage is very tasty. Great service and the staff were all masked.

Actually CRISPY hash browns!! Attentive staff, comfortable environment and excellent food. I ordered the Rocky mountain corned hashed with the crispy prosciutto and melon salad. Remarkably delicious! Spicy mixed with savory and sweet all in one bite. And finally my dreams have come true - CRISPY HASH BROWNS!!!!

DO NOT LEAVE FORT COLLINS WITHOUT TRYING THIS PLACE!! Here it is. The elusive white whale of breakfast places to end all other breakfast places. The kind of dishes that stay with you when you look back and you can’t help but geek out over. The kind of experience that make you question all of your other 5 star experiences. Can we give 6? Sean was our server and made us feel completely at ease and excited for the offerings. The menu is absolutely bonkers and will make you want to try everything— thank goodness for the Sides section because that is exactly what we did. Side of Biscuits and Gravy— the biscuit is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The gravy exploded our brains with the comfort of the sage. I can see how it has literally won awards. Side of Corned Beef Hash— Whoa. Perfect balance of the sweet and salty with the Jalapeño Bacon Chutney. The corned beef was seasoned perfectly, not the usual salt bomb you might have to gamble with. It gave the other flavors the stage to shine. Bloody Mary Grilled Cheese with side house salad— Whoa. Everything one could wish for just based off the title alone. Thank you Sean! Thank you Chef(s)! We will definitely, definitely be back. Don’t miss this spot!!!
