Easiest copy/fax/mail/print job ever for someone very digitally challenged, because of tremendous customer service! A persons attitude makes all the difference. Last time I was treated poorly due to my lack of knowledge. This time I was completely ignored by HIM and assisted by the most cheerful, patient woman who walked me through the entire process, joking the entire time. I suffer from a painful disability. Her happiness and professionalism was wonderful medicine.

I have put in Kinkos orders at different locations around northern Colorado. I am told someone will call to ask about my order before it is processed. They are supposed to confirm custom orders before they start working on them. I am never called before hand. I wish they respected their customers at this location enough to follow through. Not happy
