The guy working here on the morning of 6/17/22 was incredibly rude & condescending to myself and the woman in front of me. Strangely he was over the top nice & accommodating to the man ahead of us. It felt like he had a hatred towards women & it was very uncomfortable, bordering on creepy.

I love this UPS location. I actually pass other UPS locations in Fort Collins to drop off packages here because of how friendly and helpful the staff is. I drop off packages nearly every day and never have had a single problem with these guys. Its funny reading these bad negative reviews because being in there so much. Most of the time people who get annoyed are people who walk in there with zero clue what they're doing and are not communicating well as to what they want. I'd recommend this location to everyone.

I will say the guys at this store are great but UPS as a whole I'm very disappointed. I had a box ship back east and they destroyed it. It look like it fell off the truck and bounce down the highway. 4 months later still haven't got it resolved. Multibillion dollar company doesn't care about their customers. It's become a matter of principle. Off to FedEx

Needed to ship a package and was near this UPS Store location. Popped in and thanks to how efficiently this location is managed, I was out in under three minutes even though they were busy. Didn't even have to ask for a shipping receipt - they offered! Clean, well-lighted. Social distancing guidelines are in place. Friendly staff. Thanks to signage I now know that they also offer document shredding in addition to notary service and so much more. Just another good experience at a UPS Store.
