It's a private naturist club for men (both cis and trans). Just as women at a club intended for women to socialize while nude would be uncomfortable (and the dynamic would change) if men were admitted, so is the case at a club for men who want to socialize in the nude.

Rebecca and Stacey, there is another club in DC that women are allowed, the Glorious Health Club. I am newly bi and took a friend that was female there (we were not lovers) but we watched each other engage and play and it was very erotic and liberating.
