There are many great places to picnic. On some of the trails the have more secluded areas you can go to. They also have less private areas made for tourists. I believe one of them has a picnic table or two, I don't remember for sure though.
Yes there are places for picnics.
I don't recall any picnic tables but you could probably bring a blanket and sit out on that.
Not that I know of. Maybe by the boat area and the butterfly garden.
