Hi! Some answers! -Most of our flavors don't contain gluten in the recipe - its usually apparent in the ones that do such as cookie/cake flavors, malted flavors & beer flavors. -We do make everything on shared equipment so please take that into consideration. -We never use anything artificial such as dyes/colors. If we ever use a color its natural - for example for pink rose ice cream we use organic beets (and local in season!). Thanks!
When your look at their wall, their flavors also tell you if it’s sugar free, etc but you can also Ask the person scooping. They really know their stuff and everything is natural in terms of getting their ice cream’s shade of colors.
I'm not sure about the gluten but they do have vegan options. They also use local fresh ingredients!
