Amazing ice cream! Their sorbet is so refreshing and they have so many variety of flavors. Only downside is they don’t offer all the flavors for the scoop of ice cream and only sell in pints, which means folks who don’t live around the area can’t try those flavors unless they carry around ice packs.

There's kind of a park area across the street, I recommend you do no more than 20 at a time while the others wait in the park. It's very small in there I think max 10 people can squeeze in at once to order, another 10 can string out onto the sidewalk to wait.
Hi! Some answers! -Most of our flavors don't contain gluten in the recipe - its usually apparent in the ones that do such as cookie/cake flavors, malted flavors & beer flavors. -We do make everything on shared equipment so please take that into consideration. -We never use anything artificial such as dyes/colors. If we ever use a color its natural - for example for pink rose ice cream we use organic beets (and local in season!). Thanks!

On Monday, March 16th, we closed for walk-in retail shopping but enabled contactless “curbside-backdoor pickup” through our Provisions shop on our website. The goal was to help flatten the curve and keep our customers/staff as safe as possible. In early June 2020, we reopened the front of the store for walk-up customers. We're setup outside the store for contactless scooped ice cream. No customers will enter the shop. When you arrive please take a number and social distance. Please wear a mask! Our spoonie staff members are behind plexiglass and will serve each number in a safe & socially distanced manner. In between customers we're sanitizing the contactless credit card terminal along with sanitizing high touch surfaces. Staff members perform wellness checks before shifts, wear masks and follow all NJ DOH & Princeton Health Department Guidelines for safe food handling and COVID protocols. Both owners on site are Serv-Safe certified along with additional COVID safety training.
