I just went yesterday, during the summer, and they DID NOT have outdoor seating.

I've never seen outdoor seating at Shelly's Back Room. I'm glad it's there... I'll have to find it on my next visit.

Yes they have outdoor seating in the front with bar and food service. Great service, food, drinks and meet great people..
