I just waited 15 minutes for a quarter pounder. Meal in the lobby. Tell me why i watched people order after me and large orders at that and they got Served first? Plus I watched them erase my order so they could keep their times down .

Hey former employee, to be honest they do that alot but I assure you they aren't erasing your order it prints an extra slip they staple to the bag , and a majority of what might be big orders is made with the meat that isn't specifically cooked to order and large quantities of small items, but, they can be forgetfully and it though annoying might be good to just go inside after 5 minutes and see if they might have forgotten they parked you if this order was through drive thru. Hopefully this awnser helps

Hopefully it just took longer for you to get your food because they were making sure your food was cooked properly. This location has given me burgers a couple times where the burgers are still bright red in the middle.
