My Uncle has been a happy resident of Taylor Manor assisted living for nearly two years. He is very well cared-for, well fed, has daily nursing checks and sees the visiting doctor if needed. The staff at Taylor Manor love Harold and treat him like they would their own family. I am so pleased that he is in such good hands!

Hello Ms. Schwarz, In answer to your question related to rents being based on income; Taylor Manor and Villas does not participate in the HUD government subsidy programs. On our campus we do have Taylor Apartments which does participate with HUD and rents are based on your income. You may contact Taylor Apartments at 904-731-0579 to get more information. In answer to your question regarding our rates for care, Yes we have some care and service rate plans at and below $2500. Additionally, we do accept Managed Care Medicaid so that program might be another option for you.
