I just called Roberts to find out if they had live crabs and the price, I was told $20 and up when asked up to what price , i was then told to just C'MON in. My question is are they always this unprofessional or do they want to see what you drive in

We been selling the best seafood in Jacksonville since 1985 and over 20 years in the Arlington area our Crab Prices are posted on our menu board and on our website we keep the same prices all year around unlike all the other so called seafood shack's.

They are rude af!!! They will NOT get my business! I called to see if I needed to pre- order a large amount for a party.. and I was about to ask for a price and he told me he had to go because he had customers! Wow! I thought I WAS a “ customer !” Not anymore! Or ever! Nor will my family or friends!

Not cool to post other places on a restaurants page. Robert is professional. Can't always help what a employee says. They should have said the prices but I know his crabs are kept at the correct temp in a crab cooler. Some places keep them in a cold area or ice under them. So beware. You can get sick..

I used to live in jax and came to visit in early june. Came into roberts seafood and asked to talk to robert. I explained that i was visiting jax and was planning to go back to wisconsin the following evening. Robert informed me that his crab guy would be in by 3:00 the afternoon i was leaving. Told me to leave a cooler and told me not to worry. I came back the next evening before i left and here was my cooler filled with my live blue crab amd even packed a burlap sack in with them to keep them insulated and from causing any ruckus on the 18 hr drive back. Robert told me to keep the water drained from the crabs at every fuel stop and they would have no issue by the time i got home. Well i got home bout 20 hrs later and out of the 3 dozen jumbo live blue crab he had gotten me, only three had lost their battle. I tell you what, when move back to jax, this man will have one devoted customer! Very friendly, knowledgeable and a super nice guy.

Funny I have lived in the area for 49 years remember when that area was basically woods , in love seafood and have never stopped there or knew anyone who has, though I have never heard any bad reviews, so for the longevity and knowing how many seafood stores have done well ,peaked and sunk like the titanic , this Roberts place seems to be unaffected, they must be doing something right
