Do not deal with this bank. They’ve the most incompetent people I’ve dealt with a bunch of thieves. I have auto pay, and they still charge me a late fee. These people are scumbags. I walked in the bank and asked him to give me an itemized deduction he couldn’t do it then my car loan has been paid off for two months and they still haven’t reported to the credit bureau
