No reservations, no call ahead. People line up before they open to put their name on the list. On Friday and Saturday, the wait times can be 2 plus hours. You can order appetizers at the bar which will help some with the wait time. You cannot order ramen at the bar. They do not have to go items, but they have to go containers in case you can't finish your meal. Be aware that the ramen does not handle being to go very well as the noodles continue to absorb liquid and expand taking up most of the broth in even a short time.
Bar opens at 5. Only appetizers, no ramien bowls. Cannot order takeouts, but if you don't finish your meal you can get it to go

No, they don't take reservations. Because they re only open from 5-11, it stays pretty packed. Be prepared to wait.
