Had a slight problem due to door dash who btw doesn't even deliver for Insomnia cookies ...never for my stuff but with the help of a lady name brook at the cust serv line and the manager Darren...not only did the send me my order the next day but they also gave me a free dozen cookies and if you have ever tried insomnia cookies you will know what I'm talking about when I say oh my God amazing and if you don't know you better jump on that so on top of the free dozen that he gave me Brooke at customer service give me a $25 e gift card to their store all together perfect customer service perfect food I just can't get over how good these cookies are and brownies also order from their website sometimes it takes an hour maybe a little over to get them however it is very worth the wait do not order through Uber eats or anything because insomnia cookies deliver for themselves
