My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and we were told that he would not need a ticket. Is that true or what is your procedure?

No, you do not need a ticket. Go the the website and look under Frequently Asked Questions. Veterans, active duty, and first responders can go without a ticket and bring ONE guest with them. You will only be denied entry if it is full to capacity. In that case, just wait.

You will need a ticket. Also realize, the waiting time for a ticket is long. You will not be able to got a ticket for months. Plan accordingly.
