Hello, my Moms birthday is oct 6th. Looked online & it says tickets aren’t available until Dec. & I’ve called the number and it says Jan 2019. I really only need 2 tickets for the Saturday. How do you go about getting tickets less than a months adv.

You don't need tickets. I was told that was when it 1st opened. During the week there's no lines...

Hi I was just there on 9/14/18 and it didn't require a reservation and the wait time was less than 15mins. I got there about noon. If there is anyway you can take your mom during the week it would be most beneficial for the both of you. The reservation are still required for any WEEKEND visits!

Hello, i just went there on a Tuesday without reservation. But that caused about 1h to wait. People with reservation get in there much faster. People without reservation are handled somehow like: one out, one in, with unpredictable wait time. On weekend i guess it's even more worse.
