Honestly, I did not ask. But there are access to wheel chairs. Making a call to the museum could be a great help. Good luck.

Yes but in the lower level some exhibits are only accessible by a ramp so you'll have to use that to get up to the next level..

Yes definitely, there's also elevator and if you don't want to use that you can walk
