To have a chance at obtaining tickets 3 months in advance. What time should I start trying to get tickets. There is nowhere online which states a time.

to be safe, I would call and check. Get their expertise and see if they have an availability chart on hand

I went on a Wednesday... didn't need ticket. I think tickets are done on the weekends.

When I did it less than a year ago I logged on at 6am ET but I know they keep changing the process

Hello! They are issued the first Wednesday of every month. So you have to log on really early, but if go you during the week there is typically no line. If you are visiting say Thursday- Sunday during non- peak time (Mar - August) go on a Thursday or Friday morning. There is typically no line. I have done this quite a few times. Hope this helps.
