You can't request tickets in advance. On Feb. 21 at 6 AM, you have to be on the website and request them. The tickets go really fast! Or: At 1:00 PM you can walk up/stand in line at the door to get in on Feb. 21.

I was told while there last week tickets would not be required for February.
