What if we are late to our same day pass time, can we still get in?

It depends on how late you are, if it's only a few minutes they won't care. But if you're talking an hour or so then you may be in trouble.

We were early and got in. Late still can get in.

Just as long as you're not before your allotted time you should be fine. You will be shortchanging yourself if you're late though. Trim time elsewhere.
