Cafeteria had options such as fried chicken, collard greens, mac and cheese. They also had BBQ options, kid friendly menu, fountain drinks, alcohol choices, bottled soda/water, and desserts. Dining room is "first come first serve" and was very clean. Ensure you get all of your items like napkins, salt and pepper, hot sauces, etc. Remember the food is pretty good but under seasoned because they are serving for the masses.

I thought it was great. A lot of options. Great Southern and African/American specialties.
