Why does section 8 inspectors pass apts that are not then they dont wanna admit something is wrong like the ventalltion and cold room I cannot use and I no way to prove that the cold draft and the vents dont work pproperly

Chance's are that they are receiving "incentive" from the property owner. Unfortunately I had a similar problem. I hired an HVAC guy to come in and kinda gave him the impression I was the property owner and that I recently moved back in after leasing property and realized I had a room that wasn't being heated probably.
