Comparison to big biscuit?

In grocery store terms, First Watch would be The Merc, and Big Biscuit would be Dillons. Both good, but worlds apart in product and style.

Night and day in my opinion. Absolutely love first watch

I love both of them! Totally different other than they both serve mainly breakfast.

More expensive and smaller portions than big biscuit. Younger crowd than big biscuit. Much more popular with college students. First Watch has a hipster vibe, BB has a restaurant chain vibe (like Village Inn or IHOP). Less traditional breakfast at FW. BB is all the normal stuff you'd expect. BB is a little more kid/family friendly. Wait times are similar. Staff seems better trained at BB, but that's probably a result of FW trying to be a less traditional place so it's harder to catch on.

There is usually a wait at FirstWatch and for good reason. FirstWatch is delicious.

First Watch has more healthy options and a nicer atmosphere. Big Biscuit is cheaper, but has more fatty and carb-heavy food.

First watch us better. And more healthy.
