By bad, do you mean challenging? Cause if so, I agree. But if you mean bad shape, I totally disagree. This is very fun course to play on and relatively well maintained. As far as senior rates, I believe they do
Greens are in decent shape. Not super fast. Greens on the front nine and back nine are definitely different speeds. A tough track lot elevation. Don't be fooled by the negative for you so you'll definitely enjoy the course.
