They have a good selection and a knowledgeable staff. A couple of times a year, they will have representatives from various climbing shoe companies that offer demonstrations on their products. You can try them out, see how they feel, and generally you can get an excellent price. They also rent a house model shoe on a daily basis if you're not ready to buy right away but still want to climb.
