Is there a way to get a direct response to a question regarding unemployment? We have sent multiple emails and called a thousand times and have only received automated answered that are non-specific. We have a very specific question.

Someone told me they got through to someone on the tele-benefits hotline. Not sure how though, haven't tried it. I took the harrass the employees first thing in the morning approach (not recommended).

You have to Email unemployment it was the best way for me
