The security guard and reception staff do not deserve to have a State job to serve the community. Because they are rude people to talk to with a bad attitude if the office closes at 4:30Pm And I was there before 3:30Pm To get help with a letter I had received and they were simply not willing to help me at all. But what if they were in my shoes? There were no people to let me pass and talk to someone who could help me. These people earn their salary by doing nothing.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. Very loud, Rude, and if they don’t like what they hear they hang up on you. Terrible place to go better of driving to Dover 🤷🏽♂️👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🚮🚮

Someone told me they got through to someone on the tele-benefits hotline. Not sure how though, haven't tried it. I took the harrass the employees first thing in the morning approach (not recommended).
State service center in Georgetown on the highway (113) across from troop 4 .... By DMV and Delot is also on that corner
