I would say 10 and under as a rule of thumb. Any older, and it would depend on the child and the group accompanying them.
Time of day makes a difference too. When older kids are in school 6-10 yrs, the younger kids can use more of the activities without being rushed and trampled as much.
It really depends on the kid and their personality. My friend has taken his 15yo son and he had plenty of fun running through everything with his younger brothers. But I would say generally speaking, everything is geared towards kids 10 and under.
