Yes strollers are allowed inside and there is an area to leave them. You can't take them through the place though.
Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it in a crowded weekend day. If you have a baby carrier, sling, etc. it would be much easier!
Seen kiddos in strollers on several seperate occasions there.
