Good question! I'm not too sure. My guess would be probably no, because the mansion is basically like a museum, and I'm sure they try to maintain the indoor and outdoor grounds as pristine as possible. However, there might be an exception made for service animals. This might be a good question to call and ask about.
I don't believe so. As Emma mentioned since it is a museum not likely. There is quite a bit of area for you to walk the dog outside of the museum grounds...the mansion does sit in a quiet neighborhood.
