No you cannot kayak at Allen Pond but I did find some places in Maryland when you can. 1.Lake Centennial 2.Tuckahoe State Park (Queen Anne) 3.Dun Dee Creek 4.Conowingo Pond & Muddy Creek 5.Potomac River. There are 11 more places in Md. You kayak look up places to kayka in md and 16 places to do so...I wish I was brave enough to do something such as that but since I can't enjoy yourself and a little bit for me have fun😊😊

There's 7 picnic areas and some other areas you need a permit for. If you're planning something, it's probably better to get the permit for a picnic area than to find out someone else has the permit for the site you want.
