What was the name of this place prior to Health Care Center

It used to be golden living but i would not put my worst enemy there.. it was like being in hell

I called today to wish my sister a Happy Birthday. She is a double amputee and will live there the rest of her life. Stacy, who answered the phone, said I could speak to her. She forwarded my call. A male named David answered. He told me I could not speak to her. I asked "why not"? He said the cordless phone didn't work "down there". I explained it was her birthday, she is a shut in, I live 4 hours away and I want to speak to her on her birthday. She has no other family in her life. I asked to speak to a supervisor. David said there was no supervisor there. So, this person with no legs, no mobility, no home and few family is alone and has no way for the outside world to wish her a happy birthday. She is 66 today. What if this is her last birthday? This is heartless.
