Just take your driver license and social security plus prove of address if you changed your address to the mva , you don't need appointment to renew.

You need to call before you go down there and make an appointment I'm pretty sure you going to have to take the test all over again and you will have to pay another $50

I think you just have to pay full price for the new license. I would bring your birth certificate just in case
