The consultation is free and our firm works on a contingency fee basis, meaning the attorney will only be paid if and when you are rewarded any money. Once you settle your case or win your lawsuit, the attorney will receive 33 1/3 percent (or 1/3) of the total amount rewarded and you will receive the rest (2/3 of the total amount rewarded) minus any expenses incurred during the proceedings.
