Shen Yun was small musical dance episodes of life in China...some tragic, some fun and playful, some love stories but all of them beautifully colorful with extreme precision and coordination of the dancers and Orchestra mixed with opera and special Chinese instruments solos... ..I was there at the last show on 21st of Jan and am thinking that it opened about a month prior to that.
Jan. 21 was the last show for now for Shen Yun. I would describe it as a narrative musical explaining the chinese history and culture.
