The library requires two separate forms of ID (a license issued within the last 6 months and/or current utility bills, bank statement, cell phone bills, etc.)
Go to the reception counter with a valid id and they will issue a library card for you. You can borrow books you like and return them to the library within 3 weeks. Plus if you login online, you can increase the time of the books borrowed. You have to pay the fine if you dont return the books on time or exceed the time limit mentioned.
