Highly recommend living here! The building is quiet with a gym and other community space. The staff is helpful, polite and responsive. The location is perfect, and Lisa, the community manager, is phenomenal. Can't say enough about this place!

As a tenant at Metro Rahway for over three years, I am impressed by both the management and maintenance of the building. Our manager(s)are not only accessible and responsive, they are also thoughtful and friendly. Our maintenance staff keeps every area of the building, elevators, halls, trash rooms, even the garage, consistently clean. To assure safety, they regularly inspect alarms and other equipment.. Every staff member is always friendly and helpful. Proximity to the train station and downtown Rahway is certainly convenient, while the comfortable apartments at Metro Rahway make it easy to feel at home.

Metro Rahway is an absolutely stunning complex. I was given a tour by Jimmy Mattina, who was very professional and courteous. Jimmy paid attention to all of our wants and needs in a complex and he delivered! I highly recommend both Metro Rahway and Jimmy Mattina if you are looking for a place and realtor that are second to none!

I made the mistake of moving here about 4 months ago. While on surface looks great and everyone is polite, we were unlucky and got an apartment under a family that just doesn't care about being courteous and it's basically like living under a zoo. Had to find a lawyer to see how to resolve this. Management doesn't care about the issue. If you move here get a top floor or be aware of the risks.
