Bring a cushion, definitely.
It would definitely be more comfortable to bring a cushion, but the seats aren't terribly uncomfortable.
I brought a cushion for years but since the speedway spent 400million dollars rebuilding the entire grandstands, no cushions needed. Seats are comfortable and they even have cup holders

You definitely want to bring a cushion. The seats are okay, but you wouldnt be sorry if you brought one!
