Some special events allow you to drive your own car but you have to be a part of the event and pay the fee.
You can do the nascar experience and have a professional driver take you around the track and sometimes you can rent a garage and race your own.. check with the speedway for times and days
No, but they do have the Richard Petty racing experience and ride alongs.
