If you pay the tour, yes. Even can walk on the track.

You've got to pay for the tour. It's $25 per person but well worth it. You can walk around without paying but I'm pretty sure you can't get to the track without the tour.

I highly suggest to take the tour. It is worth it. I believe there are limits to where you can go.

They offer tours. I'm not sure if you can just walk in.
