bout 5 levels up, the higher the better, to see the whole track,unless u like it up close and personal...... there are sites and party rooms,I would check on line for seats and other options,

It depends on what event you attend. Many vendors will setup a temporary tent with air conditioning but get prepared to pay premium price for that ticket.
