If the race Patron, is truly handicapped, they have handicap spaces down in front. I would suggest bringing a wheelchair, or Walker. There's protections, for the Americans with Disabilities.
There are escalators getting up to the stands now. As far as going up into the stands no. But there are wheelchair and handicap spaces available in the stands. With elevators to get you up to the stands just not up into the seating area
There are unfortunately no elevators to the standard main grandstand seating areas...
Thanks for answering my question! Thank you all for your helpful answers to my question. I really appreciate all the info and suggestions.
Kate I use a wheelchair and can access all areas and upper levels of facility. GREAT care has been taken to ensure accessibility for those with disabilities as well as an aging fan base. Daytona Rising is far from the grandstands of the past.
There are multiple elevators. You can also get wheelchair seating, ride in ADA carts across the front stretch, use cross-over gates A and H if you have track access. It is 1.5 miles across, though, and you should use a wheelchair or an electric scooter if you are in doubt of your ability to walk longer distances. Also note that lots 1, 4, and 6 are ADA parking meaning paved with an even grade. A large number of guests use these lots, and can only do so if they have a placard or sticker issued by their state. That means lines for ADA access are long and you may have to wait.

I do believe there is elevators but call the speedway just to make sure
Yes
I honestly do not know. Sorry. Contact them and ask. It would be nice for your friend to go enjoy the races!!
