As with any place its not recommended but they do allow it. Be sure to take a windproof ashtray (like the portable ones for vehicles) to keep from throwing the butts down and possibly hurting someone barefoot. Also to keep the wind from starting a fire! I am sure you are already aware but just wanted to state it as I have seen some tossing them over the edge. Thanks and good question!
