Yes, the idea is you only have access to the vacuum after exiting the wash, normally the driving exits are blocked by arms that open for cars exiting, some locations are missing or have broken ones, at your own risk you could drive into the one way road to the vacuums for free but depending on location and employees they may tell you to leave. 🚗
