They definitely are still open. Leave a message and they'll return your call. I would imagine they are pretty busy during the summer but they will return your calls if you leave a message. Also, they will lock the front door from time to time even when they are there.
I don't think they are. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago that I drove an hour to get to only for no one to be there or answer my calls. Still haven't heard from them.
