PLEASE AVOID UNLESS YOUR CAR ONLY NEEDS A MINOR REPAIR! The parts they installed have gone out on me less than 9 months after install. I've been trying to get my warranty info for the parts and they're withholding them from me unless I bring it to them. I live hours away now, and I have to pay for entirely new parts because I can't drive there! They were supposed to fix every pad and rotor, sway bars, and my calipers. They were initially to charge me $2300, but when I told them I knew a family mechanic that might get me in for $1100, suddenly the repairs were only $1500. I understand that labor can be high, but this place genuinely wants to take as much of your money as they can. My new mechanic is astonished by how they've handled the situation. He did my brakes because these guys didn't use quality parts, and is planning on running the warranty and replacing the parts that weren't working right for no extra charge. These guys charge $75 to do their diagnostics if you don't get repaired there, and I'm not bringing my car up there to get my warranty info just to get charged $75 for them to look at my car and tell me what I already know needs repaired. These guys will shove all of these predatory payment plans to those who have not nearly enough money as they want to leech out of them, that can increase the cost of the repair up to 4x the cost that you'll have to pay in a year of weekly payments after 3 months. I deeply regret coming to this mechanic. My money could have gone to a respectable local shop, but I chose these guys.
